The company was established to assist owner operators and trucking fleets with
their daily cash flow needs. Our Company was first born in New York when our team decided to join forces to
create a company to help owner operators and large national accounts with their
cash flow needs.

We saw that there was a need to open an office in Canada for extension of
business. In 2003 the Canadian operation was opened on Concord, Ontario. In a
few short years the team grew so much that we had to move to a larger location
in Vaughan, Ontario. The building is accessible to highways 400, 401, 407 and
427.
